This polishing pad is resin bond,you can use it without water, the dry pads is more dense (harder) and able to withstand higher temperatures, but it will have a little dust when polishing, also you can put some water, this type have a good sale in USA and Europe with it's long life span and good polishing effect, although it's dry pad, but have a fast high gloss you can have. You can tell me what you want for polishing, for limestone i suggested you use the pad polishing granite first for expose the diamond.
